hotel-prices.csv our measurement: 1449 prices of 231 hotels on Google Hotels, 20 nights (November 2026 to August 2027), 2 adults, one room, read 2026-10-25
column "search": "all hotels" = the main search; "N-star only" = an extra search per night filtered to that star class,
used for the star-class figures only (407 rows)
left out: 148 prices of 29 listings: hostels show dorm-bed prices and multi-bedroom flats and houses whole-property prices, so they do not fit the basis 'price per room per night, 2 adults'; one price of 7,012 (Maldron Hotel Merrion Road, 21 November 2026, 117 to 193 on its other nights) is a listing error. Rows kept in raw/hotels-not-used.csv. Some unrated rooms and small apartments remain
